Minimum booking periods apply in peak times. Bookings in peak times are payable in full, there is no refund if cancelled within 30 days of booking. All other times a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

- All Public Holiday Weekends
- Easter
- Cup Weekend
- December-January Schools Holidays
December/January Holidays are in set booking blocks as below:
- 23/12/19- 25/12/19 Closed
- 26/12/19 – 04/01/20 9 nights
- 04/01/20 – 11/01/20 7 nights
- 11/01/20 – 18/01/20 7 nights
- 18/01/20 – 24/01/20 6 nights
- 24/01/20 – 27/01/20 3 nights
